How we work

Five steps from the first visit to handing you the keys. You always know what is being done, what it costs and when it ends.

Visit and test openings

On day one. We spend a morning in your flat, measure every room and open hand-sized test holes in ceilings, floors and walls. You get the photos that same week: what lies beneath and what is worth saving.

Design

Within two weeks. We draw the layout, choose the materials with you and write the schedule: what stays, what goes and why. If the building is listed, we talk to the council before drawing.

Fixed price

Before you sign. You receive the price in writing, line by line, with the handover date. That is the price. If you want to change something later, it goes into an addendum you sign before we do it.

Works and weekly report

Every Friday. One site manager per flat, always the same person. Every Friday the report arrives: photos, what was done, what comes next and what you need to decide. In English or Spanish.

Handover and house book

On the last day. We give you the keys and the house book: final drawings, the make and colour of every material, the services certificates and the guarantees. So that in twenty years someone knows what lies beneath.

How we restore the old

Cement tiles with red flowers and green leaves

Cement tiles and Nolla

We number every tile, lift it with a blade, clean it with water and neutral soap and relay it on lime mortar. A workshop remakes the missing ones to the same pattern.

Revoltó vaults

We remove the false ceiling, check each beam and repair the brick. If a joist is damaged it is strengthened before anything is closed. Then limewash.

Timber joinery

Doors and shutters go to the workshop: stripped, refitted, given new ironmongery and returned painted. Behind them, a new insulating window.

What we sign

  • The price you sign is the price you pay.
  • The handover date is in the contract, with €100 off for every day late.
  • Nothing changes without an addendum signed first.

Start with the visit

A morning in your flat, free of charge. You leave with photos of what lies beneath.
