Under article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI), these are the details of the website owner.

The copy, own photographs and design of this website belong to its owner. Photographs by other authors are used under their licences and credited at the foot of each page.
Privacy

What we ask for: in the visit form, your name, your email, your phone number if you wish, the neighbourhood and the details of the flat you choose to give.
What for: to answer your request, arrange the visit and prepare the estimate. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.
Legal basis: your consent when you send the form, and the pre-contract steps you ask us to take.
How long: while we discuss your project and, if no contract follows, up to 12 months afterwards. If there is a contract, as long as the law requires.
Who else sees them: only the provider hosting the website and email (Hostinger), under a data-processing agreement.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use and take it with you, by writing to hola@revolto.es. If we do not deal with it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
