Full renovations in Valencia
Flats built 1900–1970 in Ruzafa, Cabanyal and the Ensanche. A fixed price before we start, and a site report every Friday, wherever you live.
First, we lift the layers
Under the false ceiling there is often a revoltó: the brick vault between beams that gives this firm its name.
Under 1970s terrazzo, the original cement tiles are often still there. A hand-sized test opening tells us on day one.

The façade
From the street you can already see what is worth keeping: ironwork, shutters, joinery.
The flat
Inside, high ceilings and light. What really matters lies beneath.
The ceiling
Under the 1970s plaster, the beams.
The revoltó
And between the beams, the brick vault this firm is named after.
A walk-through made from four photographs. The vault at the end is at the Mas de Baix, Cabrils, built in 1648.
What stays
How it is restoredBefore removing anything we make test openings: a hand-sized hole in the ceiling and floor of every room.

See all sixHow we work
On day one. We come, measure and make test openings in ceilings, floors and walls, free of charge. We tell you what lies beneath before drawing anything.
Within two weeks. We send the design, the materials and a fixed price in writing, line by line. If you sign, the handover date goes into the contract.
Every Friday. You get the site report: photos and three lines, in English or Spanish. What was done, what comes next and anything you need to decide.

Before we start
- We work in Valencia city and l'Horta.
- Site visits Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
- We speak English, Spanish and Valencian.
Is the fixed price really fixed?
Yes. The price you sign is the price you pay. It only changes if you change something, and always with a signed addendum first.
What if something turns up when you open things up?
That is what the test openings on day one are for: they cut the surprises. If something still appears, such as a damaged beam or a broken downpipe, we show you photos and a price before touching it.
I live outside Spain. How do I follow the work?
Every Friday you get the site report with photos, in English or Spanish. We sign and choose materials over video call, and the handover can be in person or on video.
Do I need council permission?
Almost always a works permit is needed, and in Ciutat Vella the building may be listed. We handle it, and it is included in the price.
Can I live in the flat during the work?
Not during a full renovation: services, floors and bathrooms are all replaced at once. If you need to stay, we work in phases and it takes longer.
How long does it take?
Between 10 and 20 weeks, depending on the size and what is restored. The handover date is written into the contract.

Tell us which flat you have and what you would like to keep. We will see the rest on site.
